Job Opportunity: Merchandise Lead

• This role is responsible for driving key brand strategies in the market, working closely with Global and Regional brand principles.

• You will execute continuous review of the marketplace, collaborating with sales, commercial, and direct to consumer functions.

• The ideal candidate will build relevant and consumer-centric assortments for the marketplace via channel and segmentation models.

• A robust pricing architecture will be developed to accelerate brand positioning while maximizing commercial outcomes.

• Partnerships with key wholesale customers will be established on special projects, seasonal requirements, and further product developments.

• You will play a key role in the GTM touchpoints with both sales and direct to consumer.

• In conjunction with commercial teams, you will drive the assortment planning process, including market capacities, net sales & margin requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in merchandising capacity in footwear, apparel, or accessories lead consumer product industry.

• Strong understanding of the Sports Performance, Running & Fashion markets.

• Must be creative, strategic, analytical, innovative, and a problem-solver.

• Proficient in excel, PowerPoint, outlook, and word.

Design skills are a plus but not essential.

• Ability to work autonomously but take direction from multiple stakeholders.

• Confident presenting in front of small to large internal teams.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
