In this role, you will join a team of fun, passionate, and innovative thinkers to provide key support to our Partners. The role will be based out of Melbourne and is a permanent position.

What will your typical day look like?

This role involves assisting Partners and can vary each day. It is a busy, fast-paced environment with lots of variety and opportunities for career progression. Your responsibilities will include organising video conferences and events, managing diaries, arranging meetings, booking travel, processing expenses, invoices, and timesheets, and preparing documentation and reports. You will also support a highly collaborative team with ad hoc requests. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and efficient assistant to help manage relationships with top-tier clients.

You may have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience supporting multiple partners in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills – proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience providing diary management support for four Partners
  • Experience organising client functions and team events – invites, sourcing venues, catering, etc.
  • Experience arranging travel and accommodation
  • Experience processing monthly expense claims
  • Willingness to support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
