We are lookingfor team players that:

  • Can provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers.
  • Are results oriented and love selling.
  • Can work productively, both on their own and as part of a team.
  • Will demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
  • Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.

What you will be doing:

  • Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Please also note; Christmas Casual Sales Professional fixed term contracts will end on or before 18 th January 2026 but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
