The Role

Are you ready to launch your career in a supportive and engaging environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Trainee to join our team and dive into the heart of our operations with experience in different parts of our business. This trainee will work with our Customer Experience and Waste Management teams growing a diverse and versatile range of skills and knowledge.

Timeframe

This is a 12-month traineeship. On completion you will obtain a Certificate III in Business.

This is a traineeship and is ideal for school leavers, those new to the industry or seeking a career change. Eligibility criteria apply if you hold existing qualifications in this area.

What You Will Need To Succeed
  • An active planner and problem-solver.
  • An interest in learning about a range of administrative skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to provide good service to internal and external customers, including over the phone and face to face.
  • You're a team player, with the ability to learn from, and grow positive relationships with others.
  • Successful completion of Year 10 is desirable but not required.
