Role Description

This is a contract role for an Assistant Coach at Olympic FC. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for supporting the head coach in planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and analyzing player performance. The role also involves providing mentorship to players, ensuring their well-being, and assisting in team selection. This is an on-site role located in Yeronga, QLD.

Qualifications
  • Experience with coaching, mentoring, and player development
  • Skills in game strategy development and analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff and players
  • Relevant coaching certifications and a strong understanding of football tactics
  • Experience in a semi-professional or professional football environment is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during match days
