Business Coach (Trades / Construction) | Full Time | One-on-One Coach

The Role

Your focus and primary responsibility is to be a One-on-One Coach with Pravar Group.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coaching clients on a weekly basis (in a 1:1 setting) to ensure they achieve their personal and business goals.
  • Holding clients accountable and assisting in providing coaching solutions using your practical business management experience in accordance with individual needs and requirements.
  • Challenging and inspiring clients to expand the boundaries of their vision, goals and achievements both in their businesses and lives.
  • Working with a team of coaches while maintaining a designated portfolio of clients. No client sourcing or selling is required, allowing you to focus entirely on coaching clients to success.

Salary: $120k-$150k + Super + Mobile Allowance (subject to experience and role).

What You Bring
  • Industry Experience: Background in trades, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Business Leadership: Proven track record running your own successful business or excelling as a GM, COO, or CEO in small/medium business.
  • Management Skills: Hands-on experience with people management, systems, processes, and business operations.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong commercial acumen to interpret financial statements and drive bottom-line improvements.
  • Business Coaching: Previous coaching, consulting, or training experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • High Energy: Natural enthusiasm, self-discipline and stamina to match our ambitious, driven and high-performing clients.
  • Remote Work Setup: Must have a dedicated home office with reliable broadband. We're Melbourne-based with a 100% remote team serving clients across Australia.
