ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Full-time Reliever, 12-hour rotating shifts
• Pay rate at Level 4
• Previous experience: Gatehouse & Access control is highly desirable.

Wilson Security is expanding in the VIC, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use of computer systems to perform numerous tasks related to gatehouse duties
• Monitoring activities through the use of CCTV and remaining vigilant
• Ensuring safety on site and that rules/procedures are followed across all visitors
• Writing incident reports and following up on relevant tasks in a timely manner
• Provide constant and clear directions through two-way radios and more
• Conduct vehicle/inspections and grant access to authorised patrons, staff, visitors, and contractors using Access Control systems
• Ensure smooth operations of inbound and outbound trucks, visitors, contractors and more.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Australian Citizen or Full working rights
• Current valid Driver's license (Have your own transport)
• Must have 24/7 flexibility to work a rotating roster – 12 hr shifts
• Control room endorsement is preferable
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of warehouse management systems or previous logistics background (will be an advantage)
• Ability to work well under pressure

• Level 4 income with a First Aid allowance

• Morning and Night shift penalty rates (where applicable)

• 5 weeks of Annual leave

• Being mentored and coached by an experienced Supervisor
