Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Coordinate trades and site workers
  • Monitor progress, safety, and quality; resolve on-site issues
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with NSW building codes and company standards
  • Maintain daily site logs and progress reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Foreman in Australia
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to independently handle site challenges and problem-solving
  • Valid White Card and driver's license
