Are you ready to launch your career in property management? OBrien Real Estate Mordialloc is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic 1st Year Property Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced and respected Senior Property Manager who is passionate about mentoring and developing emerging talent.

In this role, you’ll gain experience in:

1. Assisting with daily portfolio management tasks
2. Client communication and relationship building
3. Property inspections, maintenance coordination and compliance support
4. Learning key legislative requirements under expert guidance
5. Supporting leasing and tenancy processes from start to finish

What You’ll Bring:

1. A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
2. Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service
3. Willingness to learn, grow and take initiative
4. Excellent time management and communication skills
5. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
