The Sports Complex Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the Central Coast Regional Sport and Recreation Complex. This position requires strong administrative capabilities, horticultural expertise, and effective stakeholder management to ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for coordinating staff and resources, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering quality customer service that adds value to the community.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Certificate III qualification in Horticulture/Greenkeeping
- WHS Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
- Chemical application qualifications to AQF 111 level
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- Traffic Controller (TCR), Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP)
- Proven supervisory experience in horticulture or greenkeeping.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in turf maintenance and landscape construction.
Other Important Information
- The commencing salary for this position is up to $80.3k per annum. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $92.7k per annum on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation.
- We have a permanent full-time role available.
- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
- This role is located at the Central Coast Regional Sport and Recreation Complex.
