Job Opportunity: Sports Leadership Position

Ravenswood School for Girls seeks a passionate and experienced individual to oversee the operation of the school's sports activities, including coordination of all school sporting carnivals and representative sport pathway.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage the smooth operation of the school's sports programs, ensuring effective coordination of all sporting events and representative teams.
  • To work closely with the Director of Sport to support the implementation of the strategic vision for Ravenswood Sport and assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Sport department.
  • To bring demonstrated leadership experience in a sports or education setting, along with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage and motivate students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in sports management, education, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • A sound understanding of risk management in sport and a commitment to upholding the values of an independent Uniting Church school are essential.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to provide their Working With Children Check number in order to be eligible for this position.
