Our roles on offer

At Infinite Aged Care, the Hotel Services Department plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and families. Our roles are fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring you to move, lift, and push items around our facility.

We are seeking an effective team player who is coachable and committed to following safety and operational procedures to ensure the well-being of our residents, staff, and families. Roles available include:

  • Kitchen Assistant and Servery - working as part of a team and reporting to the Chef Manager, you will be fully trained to carry out duties including assisting with food preparation and service (across 5 meal services per day), cleaning the kitchen and dining areas, and assisting in the café (both customer-facing and back of house) as required. Our kitchens require staff who are safety-conscious and can follow set instructions.
  • Housekeeping, Laundry, and Cleaning Assistants - reporting to the Hotel Services Team Leader, providing quality housekeeping and cleaning services to residents' rooms and common areas, as well as laundry services.

These roles are ideally suited for individuals with experience in aged care facilities, leagues clubs, RSLs, community services, hospitals, or medical centres, especially those who have daily interactions with elderly community members.
