Are you passionate about beauty and enjoy making people feel and look good? We are seeking Retail Assistants (Summer Hosts) to support our Queensland stores during the busy holiday season.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build authentic connections
- Support the team on the sales floor during the holiday period and adapt as needed
- Contribute to a safe, fun, and efficient store environment

What success looks like:

- Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of MECCA's key brands and products
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold MECCA values

We anticipate offering shifts from late October 2025 to mid-January 2026, depending on business needs and your availability.
