TTI is currently seeking a Supply Planner Consumer to join our team in 31 Gilby Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria, 3149. Reporting to the Demand and Supply Planning Lead, your key duties will include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Execute the supply planning process
System health - housekeeping disciplines
Purchasing plan health - compliant with Inventory Policy
Supplier Performance and collaboration
Supply health communications S&OE and S&OP
Supplier forecast health
Deliver the supply Risks and Opportunities to the plan - costed for S&OP input
Review and recommend changes to the Inventory policy to ensure it is fit for purpose
Deliver the supply inputs to the S&OE/S&OP handover process
Execute the S&OP Supply process for the Consumer business
Deliver inventory plan stock builds for hedging, event management and supplier shutdowns into the Supply Chain planning processes and S&OP.
Participate in the portfolio management process, providing key outputs for decision making
Deliver the continuous improvement plans to improve the supply and overall supply chain process
Responsible for professional growth through formal training opportunities, peer to peer learning and self-development.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
Deliver the supply plan within the Inventory policy guidelines
YOY reduction of unplanned stock movements due to supply gaps
Delivery In Full (DIF)
E&O at target levels
Working Capital (Inventory) - SS reduction
Forecast accuracy to supplier
Deliver CI programs to enhance the numerical metrics
Deliver professional growth targets

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Sound business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
3 years plus of Supply planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 companies
Demonstrated Suppler Performance and Collaboration outcomes
3 years plus working within a mature S&OP and or IBP framework
3 years plus proficiency in Supply system platforms
Demonstrated customer focus
Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes
Product portfolio execution experience.
Demonstrated success in External and Internal collaboration
Demonstrated sound influencing communication
