Expertise in Design, Marketing and Digital Recruitment

Our CBD-based client, a high-profile national industry body, has a full-time opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join their marketing and content team, delivering content and marketing campaigns across education, membership, and event products.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work with a team of seven and play a key role in assisting with the planning, executing and measuring integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and measure the performance of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies
  • Report on campaign metrics and insights to the Marketing Manager
  • Deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget
  • Partner with creative and digital teams to optimise social, web, and email strategies
  • Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing role within a corporate/professional setting
  • The ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
