Rethink Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of one of Australia's most respected property investment brands.

The Role:
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a lead role in executing high-impact campaigns, managing paid media, driving brand consistency, and creating engaging content across digital platforms.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes, lead generation, and brand growth across multiple business units.
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong technical skills, a hands-on mindset, and a desire to grow with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand engagement
Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external assets
Manage paid advertising strategies (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with a focus on ROI
Create and distribute digital content across social media, email, and website platforms
Oversee podcast and video production, managing pre- and post-shoot coordination
Plan and deliver investor-focused events, webinars, and activations
Manage social media strategy across all key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and more)
Liaise with agencies, oversee budgets, and ensure output aligns with brand standards
What We're Looking For:
4+ years' experience in digital marketing or campaign management
A strategic thinker with hands-on capability and creative flair
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
Experience in video/podcast content creation and event coordination
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Interest in property investment, wealth creation, and financial education
