The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support learning across various formats—working 1:1 with pupils, delivering small group interventions, and assisting the class teacher with daily activities. You'll play a vital role in developing literacy, numeracy, and building pupils' confidence, ensuring each child makes strong academic progress.

This Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role is ideal for graduates considering a PGCE or pursuing careers in primary education, offering hands-on classroom experience in a supportive environment.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:

• Enthusiasm for working with primary-aged children

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
