We are currently recruiting Care Service Trainees to join our dedicated care teams. If you are passionate about aged care and making a difference in others' lives and are ready to start a new career, we want to hear from you You will be responsible for providing quality day-to-day care to residents according to their care plans, ensuring their security, privacy, and dignity.

What are we looking for?

  • Alert, observant, active, and able to use judgment and initiative
  • Ability to work shift work - morning and afternoon shifts on a rotating roster

You will be supported by a highly skilled clinical and care team, with ongoing development and training opportunities. You will gain practical experience working part-time at Maroba over a fourteen-month period while studying to complete your Certificate III in Individual Support. Following your traineeship, there is a possibility of ongoing permanent employment.
