Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive at Verimark Pty Ltd. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to commercial leasing, lease negotiations, lease administration, lease management, and market research. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Lease Agreements and Contracts
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in the commercial property industry is a plus
