We are excited to bring both brands to Myer as part of our next major retail partnership.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for achieving financial targets and KPIs, while leading a dynamic team to surpass expectations.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful store experience by leading by example.
- Develop team talent and drive sales, profit, and productivity to meet business targets.
- Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising by creating a welcoming and visually appealing store environment.
- Oversee store rostering and wage expenses with a focus on commercial acumen.
- Manage stock (up to 15kg) efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure excellent customer service.
- Track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to peers and senior management.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals.
Note: Rotating fortnightly roster.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
- A passion for retail is essential.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters.
- Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can motivate peers.
