Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Melbourne, VIC. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and managing store staff. The role includes tasks such as inventory management, retail loss prevention, and maintaining store presentation. The Store Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing store budgets.

  • Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
