Stylerunner is looking for passionate STORE MANAGER to lead a team in our Armadale Store

The Role:

We are seeking Experienced Store Leaders to join our Stylerunner Store in Armadale. This role involves leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of passionate casual staff to excel daily. Responsibilities include driving sales and KPIs, enhancing customer engagement, and developing team members. You will collaborate with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth within a high-profile space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales, KPI, presentation, merchandising, stock, wage, and shrinkage targets
  • Motivate and coach your team to meet KPI and sales goals
  • Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually, recognizing successes and addressing gaps
  • Manage wage costs and roster efficiently
  • Coach and mentor staff for high morale and professional growth, with training and succession planning
  • Maintain high standards of OH&S compliance in line with legislation
Qualifications:
  • Over 1 year of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday
  • Proactive 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • Passion for team leadership and success
  • Strategic thinking with a proven sales and KPI track record
  • Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience in roster management and wage control
