You will be part of a global team leading the premium hair extensions market, empowering stylists worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute education plans for key accounts to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance salon expertise and product engagement, leveraging your knowledge of sales and education in the hair industry.
  • Drive sales of our Starter Packages for new and existing clients by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Perform outbound sales calls and prospect new business within a defined territory, utilizing your excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strengthen client relationships and grow revenue within your designated area, fostering a collaborative environment with our freelance educators.
  • Bi-annually, train and support our freelance educators to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.

What You Bring:

  • Proven sales and education experience in the hair industry (a plus).
  • A well-established network in salons and a genuine passion for premium haircare.
  • The ability to work autonomously while driving results, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities.
