Start on Level 1, meet your KPIs, and progress quickly through the ranks. Whether you're an experienced forklift operator or new to warehousing, there's a place for you.

The Details :
  • Location: Gepps Cross
  • Days: Monday to Friday and Monday - Thursday roster (dependant on department)
  • Hours: Avg. 30 hours per week (38+ in the busy periods)
Pay Rates :
  • Pickers: $32.79 / hr - up to $41.53 / hr
  • Forklift: $33.45 / hr - up to $42.39 / hr

All rates increase after 3 months. Role & department dependent: Ambient, Chiller, Freezer, or Forklift.

What You Bring to the Table :
  • Proven work history is a must
  • Physical stamina and experience with manual labour - repetitive heavy lifting is part of the job.
  • Current forklift licence advantage for growth opportunities

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a readiness to learn.
  • Safety awareness - Strong understanding of WHS policies and procedures
