Riverina Fresh is a 100% Australian owned Dairy and Food Services company celebrating its 100th Anniversary. We produce a range of award-winning dairy products including the iconic Riverina Fresh branded milks, creams, and yogurts. We also provide our customers with an extensive Food Services range.

Riverina Fresh supplies retail, hospitality and industrial customers across Victoria, NSW and ACT, and we have strong ties to the communities in which we operate. We are passionate about what we do and place great value on providing a safe, supportive and motivating working environment.

We have positions available for casual Warehouse Pickers with a positive attitude for 3 to 5 shifts per week, Sunday to Friday, working 5pm to 10pm at our Enfield Food Service distribution facility in Sydney. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shifts are compulsory.

The main functions of this role will be picking stock to customer order requirements and assisting with loading delivery vehicles. This is a secure position working with a friendly team in a challenging role.

Responsibilities are varied and include

  • Order picking
  • Stock rotation
  • Inventory counts/ stocktaking
  • Documentation and Record keeping
  • GMP, Quality, safety & hygiene control
  • Meeting KPI's/output targets
  • Manual handling/stacking of finished product
  • Monitoring and reducing waste.

Key Requirements
  • Current forklift license is preferred , but not essential;
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely;
  • Be highly focused on safety, quality & hygiene compliance;
  • Be highly focused on efficiency and attaining targets;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts/days;
  • Availability to work public holidays as required;
  • Ability to work occasional overtime if required;
  • Ability to work unsupervised as required;
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

We offer competitive hourly rates to the right applicant (including shift allowances and overtime rates). Experience in a cool room or warehouse will be highly valued, however is not essential.
