We have a vacancy at our Taylors Lakes SDA for an experienced, dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Our team is committed to empowering our clients through Person-Centred Active Support, helping them achieve their goals and live the life of their choosing.

This part-time position involves working a range of shifts, including morning shifts from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and afternoon shifts from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm on weekdays only. The roster will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

About you

You are a passionate, resilient Disability Support Worker (DSW) who provides personalized care and support in a residential setting. You enjoy working in a supportive team environment and assisting clients to achieve their goals.

Skills and experience required
  • Certificate IV in Disability and relevant experience in the sector
  • Experience with behavior support (preferred)
  • A passion for person-centred, active support services
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively and promote team spirit
  • Current Victorian Driver's License
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children's Check
