• Oversee and guide a team of three Fund Accountants, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while nurturing their professional development.
• Take responsibility for end-to-end fund reporting processes including preparation of financial statements that meet regulatory standards and internal requirements.
• Manage tax distribution calculations with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive investor reports that clearly communicate fund performance and key metrics in an accessible manner.
• Collaborate closely with the investments team to provide accurate financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.
• Ensure all fund accounting activities adhere to best practice standards as well as company policies and procedures.
• Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and responding promptly to queries from auditors or regulators.

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial statement preparation processes with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Demonstrated skill in tax distribution calculations for managed investment schemes or similar structures.
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to prepare clear investor reports and collaborate effectively across teams.
