Are you a talented Occupational Therapist looking for a new role with a twist?
How about having Sydney as your base with the freedom and autonomy to explore your State? We are looking for assistance servicing Regional NSW.
Provide your rehabilitation expertise to our regional clients on a FIFO or DIDO basis Share your preferences, and we'll see what we can arrange.
How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:- Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
- Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Identifying barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
- Understanding healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering clients to reach their wellness and recovery goals.
- Liaising with clients, families, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA).
- Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- Commitment to high-level customer service.
- Willingness to work in the community (must have driver's license and access to own vehicle).
- Current or eligible for a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
