Senior Knowledge Transfer Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Transition Manager to oversee the successful transfer of knowledge and expertise between teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze complex data.
The role involves collaborating with onsite subject matter experts to schedule and monitor knowledge transfer sessions, tracking progress by role/team, and ensuring completion of handover checklists and signoffs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with onsite subject matter experts to schedule and monitor knowledge transfer sessions.
- Track progress by role/team and ensure completion of handover checklists and signoffs.
- Monitor reverse shadow and shadow phases, reporting on quality and first-time correct metrics.
- Liaise with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business, and GCC teams for alignment and smooth exit.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mid-Senior level experience in transition management or a related field.
