Job Description

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Tester. Victoria is the preferred location, with secondary preference given to candidates based in the Greater Vancouver area.

Role: ServiceNow Tester
Start date: October 2025
Duration: 2 years
Location & work model: Victoria-based hybrid work model preferred; Vancouver second; remote third.

Job Responsibilities

Resource Role Title: Business Analyst
Experience: 3+ years of recent experience.

Description: The resource will lead and support business analysis activities including PIAs, workshops, policy cross-referencing, research, and documenting business needs and requirements for technical design. The role involves ensuring solutions align with business needs and industry best practices, engaging with stakeholders to elicit requirements, facilitating workshops, preparing requirement documents, conducting gap analyses, and developing training materials and process documentation. The resource will also define system integration requirements, act as a subject matter expert, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Competencies
  1. Experience with complex business problems
  2. Experience working with cross-organizational services, especially within the public sector
  3. Workshop facilitation with diverse stakeholders
  4. Experience in agile environments with product teams
  5. Knowledge of systems thinking
  6. Experience with project tracking tools and scope management
  7. Business case development, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses
