McGrath Estate Agents is seeking an Operations/Team Manager for Team Nayak, based at McGrath Parramatta. This is a fast-paced, high-output real estate environment where you'll be the operational backbone supporting a top-performing sales team.

Position Overview

As the Team Manager for Team Nayak, you'll drive the success of a top-tier sales team by overseeing all administrative and marketing functions, managing listing and sales processes end-to-end, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the listing-to-settlement process for all properties, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including booking photography, signboards, copywriting, and online uploads.
  • Prepare, proof, and manage agency agreements, contracts, and key documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a calm, professional, and solutions-focused service.
  • Liaise with solicitors, trades, and service providers to ensure smooth and timely progress of campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Support team members with diary management, meeting prep, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar client services role.
  • Strong understanding of listing and sales processes in NSW residential property.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling contracts and compliance documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and confident, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate systems such as AgentBox, REA, and RP Data.
