Your Role and Impact:

  • Project Management: Manage diverse cadastral surveying projects with precision, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeframes.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide calculation and technical support for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our portfolio and contribute to the company's growth through industry engagement.

What You Bring:

  • Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Surveying; registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or another state) highly regarded.
  • Experience: 5+ years a Senior Surveyor level role, particularly within cadastral projects, with proven project delivery success.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in surveying methodologies, software, and equipment; familiarity with project management principles.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: A solution-focused approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
