Senior Project Manager for Maritime Construction

Total Ocean Care is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects in marine environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating, planning, and managing projects from initial setup to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurate estimating and preparation of quotes in accordance with company targets
- Meeting company benchmarks for quote-to-job conversion rates
- Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and under budget
- Implementing cost-effective procurement and project management strategies
- Managing on-site works, including resource allocation and sub-contractor supervision
- Maintaining a safety-focused culture through WHS implementation and management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil/landscaping construction
- Previous experience in the maritime field is an advantage
- Trade qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to implement and review Safety Management Systems and ensure crew compliance
- Ongoing career progression and professional development
