Details:
We are seeking social work practitioners capable of working across our social work teams, including child in need, child protection, children in care, and children with disabilities.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including options for remote work and parking if working from the office. We value training and supervision, which are available to all staff. We also provide 6-month contracts, with pay negotiated based on experience and references.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- DIPSW or an equivalent qualification in Social Work
- Social Work England registration
- Enhanced and current DBS certificate
- Excellent communication skills and sound decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-agency teams
- Knowledge of service needs
- Competent IT skills for electronic record keeping
- Ability to produce clear, concise, and robust assessments and reports
- Flexible approach to work and working hours as needed
