Who are we?

Founded in 2021 by Sam Despo, Pulp Digital is "not your average agency". We service eCommerce businesses supporting them with Digital Strategy, Content Strategy, and Paid Media. Agencies need to be an extension of the brand, so that's exactly what we do. We love building strong relationships with all our clients to ensure they are profitable in every single way. Our culture is vibrant and although we take our work seriously, we don't take ourselves seriously.

What will you do?

The role of the Senior Performance Marketer is that of a self-starter who loves working autonomously and collaboratively. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in building client relationships and comfortable hosting weekly meetings. Combined with identifying opportunities within accounts, the content, and working closely with other Digital Strategists to maintain a strong service for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing Paid Social Ads for clients (Meta & TikTok)
  • Supporting clients with ad creative ideation & scripting
  • Driving marketing and creative strategy
  • Supporting clients strategically with marketing calendar/plan
  • Managing client relationships as the primary contact
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Training and educating team members
  • Be part of the Pulp Digital social media

Who are you & what will you bring?

  • 2+ Years of experience working with eCommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Specifically Meta, TikTok)
  • Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' marketing strategy
  • Passion for ad creative and ability to write impactful scripts
  • A "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges in their day-to-day work
  • Analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and open to change, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
  • You have a strong drive to deliver exceptional digital services and performance.
