Xavier Knight is a Sydney-based engineering consultancy experiencing growth. We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Structural Team in 2026. The Role
  • Design of a wide range of structures in accordance with XK standards
  • Complete designs with the project drafter
  • Coordinate minor design requirements with the consultant's team
  • Checking the design and documentation
  • Carrying out site inspections of projects
  • Carrying out site visits to assist in the design process
  • Liaising with builders, other consultants and clients
  • Representing XK and developing valuable relationships with project partners, including architects, consultants, project managers and builders
About You
  • Team player with energy and passion for structural engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Membership with Engineers Australia is an advantage
  • Previous exposure to engineering would be advantageous
  • Desire to build your career in a supportive, progressive organisation
  • High attention to detail and motivation towards furthering your technical skills
  • Strong communication and a commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Ability to engage with others to build positive, long-lasting relationships
