About the role

We're praying for the right staff to come and join our SLSO team and we're thankful that you would consider our school as a place where you will have meaningful relationships and do meaningful work.

We are seeking a capable and relational teacher aide who desires to encourage and inspire our student community.

This part-time position is expected to start in January 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Living out your faith in a Christian school community
  • Contribute to the holistic care and welfare of students
  • Able to build good rapport with staff and students
  • Ability to empathise with students and their needs
  • Contribute to an exciting and vibrant learning environment
  • High standards of professionalism

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A genuine person with a passion for working with children.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality to ensure timely services.
  • A team player who can work well with other staff.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and be flexible.
