** Job Description**

We are seeking 2 motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainees to join us as a customer service officer at Summerhill location. This is an excellent opportunity for recent high school leavers or individuals to kick start their career.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage incoming call and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including, filling, data entry, and record management.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional work area.

** Skills and attributes**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
