We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team for a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role's primary focus is accounts receivable and accounts payable while also supporting other finance functions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing payments
  • Collaborate with teams and suppliers to resolve finance queries
  • Help maintain accurate records and prepare for audits

Qualifications

  • Experience in AP & AR
  • Confidence with MYOB (or similar ERP) and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Must have working rights in Australia
