We provide before school, after school, and vacation care for up to 75 children. As an OSHC educator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children from prep to year 12. Your responsibilities include creating fun, educational activities, preparing snacks, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create recreational and educational experiences supporting children's well-being.
  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Participate in professional development.
  • Promote the service within the community in line with Catholic Early EdCare's philosophy.
Job Requirements:
  • Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent) or willingness to study.
  • Previous childcare experience preferred.
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Understanding of childcare practices, legislative requirements, and quality frameworks.
  • Passion for education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
