We're on the lookout for Customer Service Specialists who are warm, motivated, and ready to make a difference. You'll be the voice our customers trust as they navigate their home care journey—from onboarding to ongoing support. If you love building relationships, solving problems, and creating moments of genuine impact, this role is for you.
No two days are the same You'll be:
- Connecting with our customers across phone, email, and more to provide proactive, high-quality support.
- Partnering with our Support Team and Service Partners to onboard new customers and guide them through their HomeMade experience.
- Coaching and empowering customers to manage their own Home Care Packages and achieve their personal goals.
- Keeping customer profiles up to date and managing account documentation with care and precision.
- Identifying and resolving customer concerns with empathy, and escalating when needed.
- Collaborating with the team in workshops and meetings to help shape and improve how we work.
- Helping customers get the best out of our systems and Service Partner platforms.
- Sticking to team processes, hitting key milestones, and contributing to a vibrant, purpose-driven team.
- Bring warmth, empathy, and a people-first mindset to every interaction.
- Are a natural problem-solver and confident decision-maker.
- Take pride in delivering standout service — and find joy in going the extra mile.
- Are tech-savvy and love learning new systems (bonus if you know Salesforce, Google Suite, or contact centre tools).
