Backend PHP Developer – API Focus

We are seeking a Backend PHP Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable APIs that support innovative digital solutions. This role has opened as part of ongoing growth and project delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain APIs with strong focus on security, performance, and resilience.
  • Implement best practices including input validation, encryption, and version control.
  • Document APIs using OpenAPI and ensure consistent error handling and observability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolutions.

Skills & Experience

3+ years of PHP (8+) and Symfony development experience.Strong knowledge of SQL and database integration (Oracle, Postgres advantageous).Familiarity with API design, OpenAPI documentation, and Git / GitHub.Experience with Linux-based systems (Redhat preferred).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a small team.
