At Lives Lived Well, we've been supporting people whose lives are affected by alcohol and other drugs for over 50 years. We also support people with mental health and gambling concerns and those transitioning from correctional centres. We're growing fast and building a reputation as a trusted, innovative provider focused on clinical excellence—and we'd love you to be part of it.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects across our organisation. You'll work closely with clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission.
This is a full-time, Maximum Term (12-month) role based at our Bowen Hills Office in Brisbane. Some intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of the people we support.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to evaluation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Mentor project managers and promote best practices
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes
Demonstrated experience in leading building fit-out or infrastructure projects, ideally within health, commercial, or community settings
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant project management certification is essential, while a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field is highly regarded.
Proven track record as a Project Manager in delivering infrastructure and building fit-out projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a National Police History Check
The salary will be determined according to the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
