Job responsibilities
Your Core Contributions: Cultivate enduring relationships with each client through personalized service delivered via phone, email, and live chat, consistently exceeding expectations in a remote setting. Articulate the Maison's rich history and unparalleled product knowledge, forging lasting connections with our discerning clientele. Guide clients through our diverse product universe, identifying opportunities to enrich their personal collections and cultivate brand loyalty. Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment within our Client Service Center, upholding the standards of excellence synonymous with Louis Vuitton.

Desirable Attributes:
Previous experience in digital personal shopping, virtual styling, or remote client service is highly valued. Experience working within a structured contact center environment is advantageous. Multilingual capabilities are a valuable asset.
Experience:
While prior retail experience is preferred, we welcome candidates from client-centric industries, such as luxury hospitality, sales, or other sectors that emphasize personalized service. Experience working toward, achieving, and being managed on KPIs is highly valued.
