Overview

Store Manager – Repco – Chatswood at GPC Asia Pacific

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations and drive sales & profit
  • Lead, develop and coordinate a retail and trade specialist team
  • Provide a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities
  • Act as a brand ambassador with strong community, team, and customer connections
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure a safe work environment for staff and customers
  • Foster safety-first practices and ensure safe outcomes for all

About the role

Store Managers lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists; ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded; motivate and support the team to reach their full potential; deliver genuine customer service and maintain brand standards. They are safety leaders who foster a culture of safety and community connections.

Who we're looking for
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results
  • Previous dual format experience, including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience (desirable)
  • Conscious of workplace safety at all times
  • Experience building strong relationships with customers and creating moments that matter
  • Solution-focused problem-solver
  • Sound computer skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license
