Assistant Store Manager - Macpac Miranda

Macpac Miranda is a well-established store in the Australian market. We are looking for a driven Assistant Store Manager who enjoys leading people, rolling up their sleeves, hitting KPIs, and maintaining a high-performing shop environment.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; retail experience is valued but not essential if you bring a fresh perspective and a willingness to learn.

Role overview: As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive, you should ideally have:

  • Management or supervisor experience and the ability to lead by example with top-tier customer service.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire your team; skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
  • Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
