
Client Service Associate

Client Service Associates at Guidepoint identify and recruit expert advisors to address client business questions, supporting research and decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request.
- Utilize LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify the best experts for clients' strategic or investment questions.
- Identify the best leads and invite them to join Guidepoint's network to participate in consultations.
- Screen experts to determine suitability for specific client projects and develop professional profiles to present to clients.
- Collaborate with the Client Service team to understand unique client business questions and deliver on-demand intelligence.
- Recruit new experts into Guidepoint's network of over 1,800,000 Advisors.
- Support project management and customer service efforts to deliver excellent results for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution by the end of 2025.
- Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.
- Ability to start full-time work in January 2026.
- Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Centrally located office in Martin's Place.
