Overview

Assistant Educator role at G8 Education Ltd — Community Kids Yandina Early Education Centre. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) with rotating shifts Monday to Friday. Weekly pay is 10% above award wage, with a further 5% increase in Dec 2025, and 50% off childcare fees. If you're an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator, you'll join a phenomenal team of early childhood professionals and be supported to excel and develop your career.

About Us

Our centre offers delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with age-appropriate learning resources, and capacity for up to 74 children. Operating hours are from 6am to 6pm. For more information and photos, please visit our centre's website: Community Kids Yandina 1.

Responsibilities

You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About You
  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
