About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of effective learning programs for students
  • Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with school specialists to coordinate intervention groups and services
  • Document observations, manage intervention programs, and prepare classroom materials
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent
  • Strong skills in planning, preparing, and delivering effective teaching programs
  • Ability to monitor student progress and apply evidence-based interventions
  • Expertise in supporting diverse learning needs to improve student outcomes
  • Collaborative skills to work with specialists and coordinate intervention groups
