Your new role
Reporting to the senior management accountant, you will be a key member of the finance team, supporting the organisation's finance requirements. You will work closely with the team to provide accurate and timely financial information, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger and adherence to internal financial controls.

  • Month-end financial reporting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Intercompany recharges
  • Assistance with Accounts Payable, including payment runs and EFTsure verification for suppliers
  • Calculating accruals/prepayments and processing journal entries
  • Cash flow reporting
  • ATO reporting - BAS & Instalment Activity Statements
  • Assistance with preparing documentation for the Annual Audit
  • Ad hoc reconciliations and finance tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong analytical and reconciliation skills. You should build lasting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, possess high-level Microsoft Excel skills, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
